Yellow M combi cutter CC jaws
CC Combi cutter jaws are designed for industrial demolition where are large steel structures. They have long cutting blades for steel profile cutting and easily changeable teeth in the tip of the jaws.
Yellow M materials
Parts which are not in contact with crushed material and where only high durability is needed, are made of Strength.
Yellow line multiprocessor parts which are touching crushed material, are made of wear resistant Hardox 400.
Yellow M kinematics
Yellow line multiprocessors have excellent kinematics for good productivity. The power is highest 10-20% after movement started where normally is maximum power needed for crushing. Due to two cylinder design, the power is almost same in the end of movement when high force is needed to cut steel.
Yellow M teeth
Yellow line multiprocessors’ changeable teeth ensure short service time. Teeth are attached by bolts and changing is very fast. Teeth are made by casting of special wear resistant steel offering excellent life time.
Yellow M blades
Yellow line multiprocessors’ cutting blades are made of special steel making sure that long life time is achieved. Bolted blades can be easily changed.
Yellow M cylinder
Yellow line multiprocessors’ cylinders are very strong offering good crushing and cutting performance. Cylinders are reversed in order to protect cylinder rod.
Yellow M high speed valve
Yellow line multiprocessors are equipped with high speed valve to decrease closing time of jaws. The valve offers full force when it is needed and fast speed whenever possible. This feature increases productivity and saves money.
Yellow M hydraulic motor
Yellow line multiprocessors’ hydraulic motor is orbital motor with gear box. It is very strong and customer satisfaction is achieved. The motor is able to rotate 360 degrees for easy maneuverability.
Yellow M shock valve
Yellow line multiprocessors’ hydraulic motor is equipped with pressure relief valve in order to protect the motor.
Yellow M slew bearing
Yellow line multiprocessors are equipped with heavy duty slew bearing. It is double ball bearing in order to be strong and durable enough.
Yellow M pins and bushings
Yellow line multiprocessors’ pins are strong and made of hardened material. Bushings are easily replaceable in order to offer short service time.
