Yellow G D jaws
Yellow line grapples can be delivered with D jaws for demolition. Demolition and recycling grapple with D jaws is suitable for all demolition application. Rib model jaws allows a driver more easily see the target. Jaws are entirely made of Hardox 400.
Yellow G S jaws
Yellow line grapples can be delivered with S jaws for sorting. Demolition and sorting grapples with plate reinforced S jaws is designed for recycling applications. Loose material does not stick between ribs so easily. Jaws are very strong and suitable also for demolition applications. Jaws are entirely made of Hardox 400.

Yellow G materials
Yellow line grapple parts which are touching demolished material, are made of wear resistant Hardox 400. Parts which are not in contact with demolished material and where only high durability is needed, are made of Strength.
Yellow G kinematics
Yellow line grapples have excellent kinematics for good productivity. The power is highest 10-20% after movement started where normally is maximum power needed for demolishing. Cylinder stroke starts in right moment, the power is almost same in the end of movement when high force is needed to pick material.
Yellow G blades
Yellow line grapples’ blades are made of special steel making sure that long life time is achieved. Bolted blades can be easily changed, also turning is possible offering savings of spare parts.
Yellow G cylinder
Yellow line grapples’ cylinder is very strong offering good performance. The cylinder rod is very well protected by structure.
G 20 and up have 2 cylinders
Yellow G hydraulic motor
Yellow line grapples’ hydraulic motor is orbital motor with planetary gear box. It is very strong and reliable. The motor is able to rotate 360 degrees for easy maneuverability.
G25 and up have option for 2 motors
Planetary gear is filled with oil and offers smooth movement.
Yellow G shock valve
Yellow line grapples’ hydraulic motor is equipped with pressure relief valve in order to protect the motor.
Yellow G slew bearing
Yellow line grapples are equipped with heavy duty slew bearing. It is double ball bearing in order to be strong and durable enough.
Yellow G pins and bushings
Yellow line grapples’pins are strong and made of hardened material. Bushings are easily replaceable in order to offer short service time. Locking of pins is simple and safe
Yellow G maintenance cover
Yellow line grapples have maintenance cover to help servicing. It is bolted on and easily removable.
Yellow G end stop
Yellow line grapple movement is stopped by strong welded stoppers in order to avoid cylinder problems.
