Pile breaker Red PB for excavators
Red PB pile breakers are designed for cutting of piles for accurate dimensions. Previously done by hand or very small hydraulic breakers. Big breaker can spoil piles because of cracking. This method is very fast and reliable.
Operation of pile breaker
Sectors of pile breaker can be adjusted exactly according to pile. There are bolt mounted modules which can be fitted together. Every sector has single element which penetrates to pile and causes cracking. Red PB can be attached to any machine, there is chain and hydraulica hoses which must be connected to excavator or crane. The excavator lifts the pile breaker over the pile, lower it to desired place and chisels penetrate in horizontal direction up to the re-bars to make the fracture. Then chisels penetrate further (usually 25-40 mm) and due to the shape of the chisels and the reaction forces by the rebars, the concrete will break in pieces and can easily be lifted off the pile
