Light material high dump buckets HDB range are for wheel loaders with operating weight up to 24 t

Typical applications are: handling of light materials: woodchips, snow, peat, coal, light gravel etc.

High tip buckets’ cylinders are located on the side of the bucket which gives a more volume inside the bucket without any beams or other parts.This style of construction will avoid material freezing inside at wintertime and material does not stick so easily.

Cylinders are located in horizontal or vertical positions and all of them have inside oil suspension for both ends.

High dump buckets unloading heights are increased about 1500 mm.

Light material high dump buckets are made of material S355 but cutting edge and bolt-on edges are HB500(Hardox 500). Sides and bottom plate are made of HB400(Hardox 400).

High tip buckets have straight welded cutting edge as standard, bolt-on edges are an option.
