A hydraulic breaker hammer is an essential tool for demolition, construction, and quarrying, and the Green Attachments Piikki series stands out with its powerful and reliable design. These demolition hammers are engineered to maximize productivity while ensuring operator safety and equipment longevity.
A key feature of the Piikki breaker is its extremely powerful impact, which maximizes performance and helps extend the lifespan of the machine it's attached to. This raw power is crucial for breaking through tough materials like concrete and rock with efficiency.
Despite its force, the breaker is designed for low vibration and noise, which is a significant benefit for operator comfort during long workdays. This also makes the tool suitable for use in sensitive urban environments where noise pollution is a concern.
The breaker's durable construction is built for the most demanding worksite conditions. It is manufactured from high-quality, wear-resistant materials to ensure it can withstand continuous, heavy-duty use. This robust build minimizes the risk of damage and unscheduled repairs.
Another practical advantage is the easy serviceability. Wear parts are readily and affordably available, and the hammer's design allows for quick maintenance, keeping machine downtime to an absolute minimum.
Finally, the Piikki breakers are known for their compatibility, with various size classes available to fit all excavator models. This versatility makes them a smart investment for businesses that operate a diverse fleet of machines.
In summary, the Green Attachments Piikki hydraulic breaker offers a simple yet reliable structure with powerful impact, enhanced operator comfort, and durability. Its cost-effective and low-maintenance design makes it a valuable asset for any professional in the field.
Features
Piikki models
There are 17 models available for 0.8 - 80 t excavators

Piikki parts
There are only two moving parts. It makes the system simple and reliable

Piikki buffers
The buffer system (side, top and bottom buffers) used in Piikki breakers has a special impact and vibration absorbing properties to protects the breaker and excavator.

Piikki tie rods
Tie rods have special design to reduce stress and vibration on the thread. The side rod design is flexible, thus there is less vibration forces on the thread.

Piikki autogreasing
The breakers wearing parts must be lubricated continuously during the operation because these parts can wear rapidly. Optional autogreasing pump can do it automaticly.

Piikki housing
Housing material is a special, strong material. Also the weldings on housing are reduced and no housing bolts are used. This makes the housing more rigid and stronger.

Piikki bushings
Piikki breaker upper and lower bushings are made of steel instead of bronze. This guarantees longer life time

Piikki silent
The breaker inner parts do not directly touch the housing. There are noise isolation sheets and plastic covers to reduce the noise of breaker. Polyethilen and polyurethane buffers used in the housing, prevents metal to metal touching.

Replacing tools of Piikki
Easy to change tool without using hammer

Piikki power
Daily breaking volume is high. It vary substantially, depending on the place of usage, the hardness and type of the material to be broken, the mounting base machine, the operator's skills etc.
