Green Attachments Yellow R rotating hydraulic pulveriser is suitable for the secondary demolition phase as well as for the primary demolition of reinforced concrete structures. The geometry of Yellow line rotating pulverisers makes sure that maximum power is reached just in the right moment. Pulverisers’ hydraulic rotation and straight design allows easy operation in demolition and also in ground level.

Robust structure of pulveriser with fast and powerful performance allows efficient demolition, the most typical are reinforced concrete structures. There are cutting blades in order to cut reinforcements. Yellow R pulverisers design has been made according to customer’s needs to acquire light and durable structure combined with high power and efficienfy.

Hydraulic demolition pulverisers are designed with flange which allows the customer to change adapter easily. Green Attachments provides different adapters when needed.

The concrete muncher range consists of ten models for 7 - 120 tonne excavators (15 000 – 265 000 lb)

The Heavyweight Concrete Eater

I run a large demolition crew based out of Manchester, and we rely on 40-tonne excavators for our major commercial projects. When we upgraded our fleet, we chose the Yellow R 40 (30-50t), and it has absolutely delivered. This pulveriser is a beast. The key specs a crushing force of 125 tonnes at the tip and a maximum cutting force of 370 tonnes mean we can tear through heavy reinforced concrete (primary and secondary demo) without hesitation. The 360° hydraulic rotation is non-negotiable for precision in tight urban environments like ours, allowing perfect positioning whether we're picking apart a facade or sorting rubble on the ground.
What really saves us time is the combination of the high-speed valve and the overall robust build, featuring Hardox 400. Downtime due to wear is minimal, and the regenerative circuit dramatically speeds up the opening/closing cycle, making us significantly more efficient per shift. For serious, high-volume concrete munching, the R 40 is a top-tier tool that I highly recommend.
